2026 General Election Notice

TOWN OF WHITE SPRINGS

2026 GENERAL ELECTION NOTICE
The Town of White Springs will hold a General Election on
Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at the White Springs
Library for three (3) Town Council seats designated to be filled at the
2026 regular municipal election.
Candidate Packets with filing requirement instructions and election information 
can be picked up in person at Town Hall or found on the town’s website.
Qualifying opens at 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, and closes promptly at 
12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, (excluding Friday, Saturday, and 
Sunday). Candidates who DO NOT complete ALL qualifying paperwork by
12 noon on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, WILL NOT be placed on the ballot.
There are no local exceptions to the qualifying deadline. Only a court order or 
lawful state action may alter qualifying.
EARLY VOTING BEGINS – Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 9:00am to 4:00pm daily and
ends on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 4:00pm
(excluding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) at White Springs Town Hall
Candidates for office shall have been duly registered voters in
Hamilton County and must physically reside in the Town of White Springs for
twelve (12) months immediately preceding qualifying.
Any person who is currently deprived of their Civil Rights through conviction for
committing a crime involving a felony or moral turpitude shall not
be qualified to hold office.
