Family Night Series

Kick off the new year with UF/IFAS Extension programs!

There are several programs already on the 2026 calendar. These programs are provided at no cost to Hamilton County residents!

To register for one of these programs, please call 386-792-1276 (dial -0-) to reach Tracy.  She will assist you with reserving your spot!

January 16          Lunch & Learn at noon with a guest speaker from the Alzheimer’s Association to present: Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

January 23          Brain Bingo at 1:00 pm. Learn about the warning signs of Alzheimer’s, healthy habits for our brains, and research advancements!

February 2           Strengthening Families program on Monday nights for families of youth ages 10 – 14 years.

February 9th         A Matter of Balance from 10:00 am – noon.  This fall prevention program is sponsored by Elder Options.  Eight classes from February 9th through March 5th on Mondays and Thursdays.

March 9                Tai Chi at 1:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays for eight weeks. This class is full, but we are taking names for a waiting list for available spots that may open.
